CRAIG HENDERSON

Most recently Craig Henderson worked for a Major Healthcare Corporation as a National/Corporate Director based out of Dallas, Texas. He has been in the health care field for over 24 years. His prior health care experience and accomplishments are: Developing and Implementing $30+MM Strategic Business/Budget Plans; Conducting and Documenting “Logistical Analysis Impact Studies”, “Process-Flow Improvement Programs”, “Clinical Pathways/Algorithm Flowcharts - resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings to Integrated Healthcare-Delivery Networks (IDN’s),
in both Acute Care and Post Acute Care/Long-Term Care Hospitals.

Craig’s past experience has afforded him the opportunity to communicate effectively with
all levels of Healthcare Executive’s, both written and verbal. He can speak their language,
whether interacting with a Group Purchasing Organization, Healthcare-Hospital Executive, Healthcare-Hospital Executive Board Members, Medical Chief of Staff, and Hospital Department Directors. Craig has many years of experience in the facilitation and implementation of Quality Work Teams (QWT’S) and Sales Development & Training Meetings.

Craig worked within a major healthcare corporation’s Executive Management Team (EMT) creating a new organizational structure. This new organization structure allowed Craig the opportunity to research, develop, and begin implementing a “Strategic Business & Marketing Plan” for the corporation’s Post Acute Care Continuum. This “Strategic Business and Marketing Plan” entailed working with specific Legislative and Executive Group’s to understand the current and future Centers of Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Legislation relater-to “Pay-For-Performance” (“P4P”) and “Quality Improvement” (“QIOs”).
