| “One Of you with Hope & Encouragement” Craig Henderson “Do any two elements of LIFE go together more naturally than Hope and Encouragement - lift up yourself and lift up the defeated” Not Recognized as a Speaker or Motivator …. The only recognition is as a Children’s Minister (the past 6 years) for ages 3 thru 6. In Denton Texas Craig is known as Mr. Craig, at Denton Bible Church that’s it!~ Craig grew in in Justin and Denton, Texas. He grew up with wonderful sister, Kathi, and a brother, Dolye Wayne. At the age of 6 Craig’s father, Doyle, Sr. died in a Combine accident in Brownsville, Texas. My mother, Ola Faye, was left with three young children ages 8, 7 and 6. The family then moved back to Ola Faye’s home town of Denton, Texas. The children were raised by Ola Faye and Gladys Hooten, Grandma. Ola Faye worked two jobs as a nurse’s aid at Flow Memorial Hospital, Denton, and weekends at a Denton Nursing Home. Not only did Ola Faye provide love, nurture, and faith to the children, she began to take nursing courses at Texas Women’s University. After seven years as a single mother, Ola Faye received a well deserved Nursing Degree. This instilled ‘Hope & Encouragement’ in the three children. Today, only Doyle Wayne and Craig are living. Kathi passed away in 1991, leaving two daughter’s ages 9 and 15. Ola Faye passed in 1998 - after a long battle with a rare form of Cancer. ??A graduate of the University of North Texas (then North Texas State University) with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration and a Minor of Marketing.
